Entered album charts on 17 January 1970 - Stayed for 15 weeks and reached No. 17 Nominated by MVC Shops as one of their albums of the Millennium At the 2006 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards, "Liege & Lief" got an award for being the "Most Influential Folk Album of All Time"
