| Reproduction of the original autobiography of
John Lee published first in the Sunday newspaper " Lloyd's Weekly News" in five
parts on 29/12/1907 (Issue 3397), 05/01/1908 (Issue 3398), 12/01/1908 (Issue
3399), 19/01/1908 (Issue 3400) and 26/01/1908 (Issue 3401) just after John Lee
came out of prison and republished in booklet form at 17 and 18 Henrietta
Street, London WC in 1908. Also published in the USA by Arthur Westbrook Co.
Cleveland in 1908. This new edition had a few extra photos and a new
foreword. Another Edition Published in November 1985 by Devon Books (A Division of A.Wheeler & Co Ltd, Exeter, Devon) with a new introduction - 104 Pages in softback Price £2.95 ISBN 0 86114-760-X Front cover of this new edition shows the " John Lee File" that Dave Swarbrick found in a junk shop that had inspired the writing of the Fairport Convention " Babbacombe Lee" album.
