JAPAN

(CD) Island Records UICY 9319 (3 November 2003)
- Mini-LP CD in a Limited Edition of 5000 copies only in the " Rock Legend Series" .   Each CD is housed in a cardboard sleeve with an OBI and also contains the original UK booklet plus an insert in Japanese.
- Artwork is taken from the original UK LP issue showing the original issue track listing.   The revised track listing for the remastered issue is shown on the reverse side of the OBI in Japanese.

(7 Mini-LP CD Box Set) Universal Japan   No Number (3 November 2003)
The Box contains seven Fairport Convention Mini-LP CD issues including this one and was issued in a Limited Edition of 300 copies only (see separate entry)


Track Sources:
Tracks 1-12: recorded June - October 1968 at Sound Techniques and Olympic Studio No. 1, London except Track 4 which was recorded at St. Peter's Church, Westbourne Grove, West London
- previously issued on Island Records ILPS 9092 (LP) / IMCD 97 (CD) - see separate entries
Track 13: recorded August - September 1968 at Kingsway Recorders and Olympic Studio No. 1
- was originally issued as a Single " B" Side (Island Records WIP 6047). A different mix of the track done on 15 March 1976 had been issued on the Richard Thompson 2-LP " Guitar, Vocal" (Island Records ICD 8)
Track 14: was recorded by the BBC on 4 February 1969 and broadcast in " Symonds On Sunday" on 9 February 1969 and had previously been issued on " Heyday" 1968-1969 (Cassette Only Issue) and the Ashley Hutchings " The Guv'nor Vol. 1" (CD) (HTDCD 23)
Track 15: was recorded on 16 January 1969 as a possible single release and is previously unissued
